Administration - School Advisory Committee 2011-2012

The Purpose of the School Advisory Committtee shall be to provide advice to the Pastor and Principal in the development of policies that govern the operation of our School; review the annual budget; determine sources of funding; and provide counsel and advice in the operation of the School. The School Advisory Committee is composed of seven adult lay members of the parish elected to three year terms, the principal, and the pastor.

The School Advisory Committee is comprised of elected parishioners who meet on the first Wednesday of each month (except July and December). Meetings are held in the Church Hall and begin at 6:30 pm. All are welcome!!! Meetings are open to the public and each meeting agenda includes time for public participation. Every year we strive to make the Catholic education at St. Christina better, and we encourage you to be a part of this growth. An agenda is created for each of the monthly meetings. Agenda items include topics that are annual responsibilities of the committee, areas of interest or concern brought to the attention of the committee, and areas of interest of a committee member. The agenda includes a time for public participation at each meeting.

Please feel free to contact Jennifer Baniewicz at rjbaniewicz@yahoo.com with any question concerning public participation or meeting protocol. The SAC thanks you for your prayers, time, and efforts concerning our children’s Catholic education.
